Welcome to the Minnesota Woodturners Association
A Chapter of the American Association of Woodturners (AAW)
We are a group of woodturning enthusiasts that got together to form a group that strives to educate and provide information to other members that strive to learn about woodturning.
To help get the most out of your membership, here are some lines to areas of the website that with information on chapter functions, special features for members that you may find useful. Some of the website functions like the calendar are available to the public, but other features are only available to active members with a username and password.

Chapter calendar of Events
This calendar includes our chapter events including:
- monthly chapter meetings
- professional turners demonstrations
- professional turners small group sessions
- parties
- and our small group meetings
All of these events can be downloaded to your personal calendar on your computer or smartphone.
Chapter Newsletters
This is our Chapter's newsletter filled with chapter news, articles, tips, projects lots of photos. Our newsletters date back to 1990 and are available for any member to read. The newsletters are stored in Adobe PDF format.
Discounts at major suppliers
Did you know that you can receive a 10% or 20% discount at some of the major retailers with your new membership.
For Sale Section
We have a for sale section on our website available to members only. Buy, sell or trade merchendise to other chapter members.
MWA Clothing
We have shirts, hats and patches available with the MWA chapter logo on them for a reasonible price.
